On the way north Butch and I went to a few Estate sales. That was fun. We ended up with some paper. Love getting paper for less than half off. Butch picked up a new to us projector. It was a whopping $35. Can’t beat that!!
We stayed at a hotel right off the tram, so we parked at the covered West parking and settled in for some sleep before our crack of dawn flight. Ok it was a 7am flight meaning 5am show time. Way too early for my old body to think about getting up at 2am to get in the car by 3am to do that drive. Yeah. Hotel was worth it!

It was very nice to have the transfers taken care of and just get off the plane and hop onto a bus and to the Hilton in downtown Anchorage.
We met up with everyone at the hotel and had a late dinner there. The BAD thing that I didn’t realize was that food on the land portion is NOT included. Drat it. Oh well, it’s only money, right!
