New (to us) dining table

From folding table and hodge podge world we are back to adulting, thanks to a winning bid at an estate sale near us.  What I didn’t realize is the chairs were separate, BUT they were still there today when we came by to let Butch put eyes on the new to us table 

He approved of the purchase and after much sweating and swearing the table is in the dining room. We are adults again. It will be nice to have a table for family dinners with a real table :)

The poppy picture in the hall is new (to me) it’s a Goodwill find and I hit it just right with 1/2 off so score one for me!

The rest of the story - lots more to hang. Once I find the laser level and the actual box of hangers. Sigh. So much CRAP all over the house!!

Outside!!

New happy yellow rug half off from Target. Can’t beat that!!  It’s cheerful!

The other rug has moved over to be layered and give me more coverage to soak up water eve. Stripping off bathing suits. It’s working out nicely!!

OH and we removed the old gazebo as it was rusted and looking horrible as well as needing a new cover. So it’s gone now. 

The old hammock stand is gone as well and this morning I blew off the deck to clean off all the goobers of rust that dropped off and out of the metal!
