Before. Alexa was always seeing movement. Yeah they had to go.

After. No more big movement.
What’s in here??

Curcuma Ginger which I bought for on the deck. Surprise. It’s a shade plant. Pivot!!! We place it as indicated with morning sun.

Yellow day lily.
Where did the elephant ears go?? Over here.

Pray for them as they are uprooted and my not make it. End of the world? Nope!! I have more!!
On to the next project.

Can you guess what it is????

Yep curtains for the back porch. ONE panel instead of many. So much easier to pull shut for quick changes after swimming.
I had purchased my last curtains on clearance but I don’t hold out hopes for finding enough to cover the WHOLE porch (I bought more curtain wired from IKEA last time I was there). So. For roughly $40 I have curtains for this half and another $80 I’ll have them for the other half. This is CHEAP compared to buying curtain panels that are 84” long - these are 108” BUT I shortened them to 105” and could do a bit shorter in the other part.
So goals set.
Now to do a few more things around here after my horrible day out yesterday. I went to two Lowes for wood. Found it but wanted it cut. The saws were down at both Lowes and Home Depot didn’t have composite wood wide enough so I came home sad and depressed that I didn’t accomplish everything. I DID get grommets. BUT today learned one package was the wrong size. Gotta take those back.
I need to go to Walmart and get some plant rollers/casters (not sure what they are called). I want to be able to roll these pots around as needed. The old pots are shot. They have literal holes in them as they are composite. I actually poked one in with the tomato cage - Whoops!!

These are terracotta so should last longer than the 6 years the others lasted. Funny, hu?
